Ajab karb ka aalam hai meri basti par
ghata bhi chai hai, barsaat bhi nahi hoti,

bohat kuch kehna hai tum se aaj magar
sile hain hont koi baat hi nahi hoti,

ajeeb rang badalta hai ASAR ka sooraj
k shaam khafa hai aur raat bhi nahi hoti,

mein us ki zaat ka hissa bhi ban nahi sakta
juda us se meri zaat bhi nahi hoti.............?
